Registration and civil liability insurance.

INTERMUNDIAL XXI, S.L.U., is an insurance brokerage registered in the Administrative Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Distributors of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds, with registration number J-1541. Said Register is public and can be consulted by writing to the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (Paseo de la Castellana, 44, 28046 -Madrid), or by visiting said organisation’s website.
Moreover, it holds civil liability insurance and has financial resources in accordance with current legislation.

Objective analysis

Our advice on the purchase of this insurance product is provided on the basis of a sufficient number of analysed insurance contracts relating to the coverage of this product on the market . Such analysis allows us to provide a recommendation, pursuant to professional criteria, on the insurance policy that best suits the customer's needs. The General Contracting Conditions regulate the remote selling relationship between INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U. and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, especially Act 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, Act 26/1984, of 19 July, the General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, the European Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection, Act 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Act 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to the General Conditions without prior notice. Said modifications may be made, through its websites, by any legally admissible means and shall be binding for as long as they are posted on the website and until they are subsequently and validly modified. However, INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U. reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Contracting Conditions that prevail over these General Conditions whenever it deems it appropriate. Such particular conditions will be announced in due time and form.

As a customer, you expressly declare that you have previously received general information about INTERMUNDIAL XXI, S.L.U. Insurance Brokerage, and that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general contracting conditions. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and/or have the necessary legal capacity, including authorisation (download authorisation template) from parents, guardians or legal representatives, to access the INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U. websites and to purchase products on them.

During the purchasing process, you need to identify yourself with your name and surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number. You can modify the information registered at any time by sending an e-mail to the Customer Care Team at info@intermundial.es.
INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U. hereby informs the users of its website about its personal data protection policy, so that users may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide INTERMUNDIAL with the personal data that may be requested or that may be obtained when subscribing to or registering for any of the services offered by the company. Except where otherwise indicated, answers to questions about personal data are voluntary and failure to answer will not imply a reduction in the quality or quantity of the relevant services. The personal data collected during the purchasing process, as well as any other data collected as a result of the relationship established between the user and INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U., shall be the responsibility of INTERMUNDIAL XXI, S.L.U., and shall be processed with the purpose of managing all the aspects related to the insurance contract to be signed, as well as sending you, with your express consent, information about goods and services that may be of interest to you regarding products related to the contracted product, by electronic means.
The data will be communicated to the Insurers by virtue of the signed insurance contract , and to Servisegur XXI Consultores S.L.U., with Tax ID no. B81398414, registered office at C/ Irún 7, 1º A izquierda, Madrid, CP: 28008; for processing claims arising from the insurance contract taken out.

The data may also be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:

- Once you have given your consent to the distribution and/or disclosure of your data.

- If we must disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of INTERMUNDIAL, our customers, or other third parties.

- By provision of law, regulation or pursuant to a decision of a competent judicial or regulatory authority or, if necessary, in order to preserve their rights and interests.

Once the purchasing process has been completed, the customer will receive a purchase confirmation e-mail; it is essential that a valid e-mail address is identified during the user registration. Product offer and validity

In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and the validity of the offer shall always be indicated next to the essential characteristics of the product. In compliance with the regulations in force, INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U. offers information about all the products on sale, their characteristics and prices.

However, INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U. reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered on its website by simply changing the content. In this way, the products offered on the Website at any given time shall be governed by the General Contracting Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering access to the aforementioned products without prior notice and at any time.

Prices

All sale prices for products are in euros.

Methods of payment and execution of the order

Customers may pay for their orders by any of these means of payment: credit card, debit card, Paypal or bank transfer, as indicated on the corresponding purchase form.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit entries shall be made on the accounts of the supplier and the holder as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase has actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund is not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, the cardholder has improperly demanded the cancellation of the charge, the cardholder will be liable to INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L.U. for the damages caused as a result of the cancellation.

Right of withdrawal and claims

The insurance policy may be cancelled within 14 calendar days from the date it is taken out and the premium paid will be refunded, provided that the policy has not been used and therefore no claim has occurred. If, after this period, you wish to cancel the policy, you will not be entitled to any refund. In the case of a travel insurance policy that includes cancellation cover, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is not applicable, since the cover is simultaneous with the purchase of the policy. If it is a travel insurance policy without cancellation cover, and the start date of the trip is within 14 days of the date of purchase, you may cancel before the start date of the trip and you will receive a full refund.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact INTERMUNDIAL XXI, S.L.U., by emailing info@intermundial.es, indicating your name, surname(s), ID number, policy number and the tracker of the policy you have taken out. Once requirements for the refund have been verified as described above, the amount of the contracted product will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. You can contact InterMundial XXI S.L.U. on +34 911 680 680 if you have any doubts or queries. In the event that your refund is not granted, you will be informed of the reasons for the rejection of your request by email.

The maximum period of time for the study of your request will be 3 working days from the date of its receipt.

In the event of any disagreement on your part as a consequence of the insurance coverage contracted through us, you may contact the insurance company with which you have taken out the insurance policy, which will be duly identified in the General Conditions of your insurance policy. Please do not forget to read them carefully before contracting, you should download them and print them if you wish. These conditions contain the complaint procedures and the competent bodies in the event of a possible dispute with the insurance company. You are also entitled to address your complaint or claim to the Directorate-General for Insurance in Spain at the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds, Paseo de la Castellana, 44, 28046 Madrid, Spain, (Tel: +34 90219 11 11) http://www.dgsfp.mineco.es/es/Consumidor/Reclamaciones/Paginas/InformacionProcedimiento.aspx); without prejudice to the rights applicable under law.

Customer Care Team

To process and resolve queries and complaints, INTERMUNDIAL XXI, S.L.U. has a customer care team that has been outsourced to Inade, Instituto Atlántico del Seguro, S.L., located at Calle La Paz, 2 bajo, Vigo, 36202 Pontevedra (Spain). The aforementioned service is obliged to resolve said complaints and claims in a maximum period of two months from the date on which they are submitted. In the event that the Customer is unsatisfied with the decision, he/she may contact the Claims Service of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds; in order to so, it is essential that the customer demonstrates he/she has submitted the claim or complaint in writing to the Customer Care Team of INTERMUNDIAL XXI, S.L.U.

Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the provider is governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. In the event of any dispute, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or to the ordinary courts in accordance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this respect. INTERMUNDIAL XXI, S.L.U., has its registered office in Madrid, Spain.
